Your free, real-time guide to petrol, diesel, and LPG prices across Queensland. We help you find the cheapest bowser near you so every trip costs a little less.
QLD Fuel Prices aggregates live price data from thousands of service stations across Queensland and puts it on an interactive map — so you can see at a glance where the cheapest fuel is, without driving in circles first.
Use the Live Map to explore stations visually, or the Price Table to sort and filter by fuel type, brand, suburb and price.
Price data is sourced from the Queensland Government's FuelWatch open data feed, which service stations are legally required to report to. This means prices are accurate and up to date — typically within a few hours of a station changing its price.
We do not manually enter or estimate any prices. All figures come directly from official feeds.
The price you pay at the bowser is connected to global crude oil markets, but there are many steps and costs in between. Here's how a barrel of crude becomes a litre of unleaded:

Note: The federal fuel excise is currently subject to change. The Australian Government has previously halved the excise rate in response to global fuel price pressures and may adjust it again at any time. Always check the ATO's current excise rates for the latest figure.
This is why a falling AUD can push up local pump prices even when world oil prices are steady — and why prices vary between regions depending on supply chain costs.
The oil price widget on our homepage shows live Brent and WTI crude prices converted to AUD, so you can understand how global markets are moving.
